YouTube API Services has the meaning set out in the YouTube API Services Terms of Services.
YouTube API Data has the meaning set out in the YouTube API Services Terms of Services.
Service Account is a type of Google account that is used to grant permissions to the Service.
Information obtained from the YouTube API Services via a Service Account means any YouTube API Data retreived from YouTube API Services using permissions granted to a Service Account.

Collecting and Using Data from the YouTube API Services

Types of Data Collected

When using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with permission to access YouTube API Data from the YouTube API Services. This includes:

- To Collect your primary Google Account email address
- To Collect your personal info, including any personal info you’ve made publicly available
- To collect data about you with your personal info on Google

Alternatively, we may ask You to provide Us with permission to access additional YouTube API Data from the YouTube API Services by inviting a Service Account to your YouTube Content Owner, and by granting that Service Account permission to access “Analytics and reports” features of your Content Owner with the “Read only” restriction.

Information accessed via the YouTube API Services is never shared with internal or external parties.

Content Owners associated with your Google account

A list of Content Owners associated with your Google account is automatically retreived when You log in to the Service.

This is used for the purpose of restricing Your access to the Service, and ensuring that You are only able to access data relating to YouTube Content Owners to which You have access.

This information is refreshed every time You log in to the Service.

You can revoke access to this information at any time via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

You can delete any and all YouTube API Data held by the Company by emailing info@traderightnow.co and setting the subject line as ‘Delete My Data.’ After emailing us, data will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than 7 business days

Information obtained from the YouTube API Services

We use information obtained from the YouTube API Services to provide features of Our Service. Specifically:

Identifying potentially undesirable states for videos, assets, and claims associated for the YouTube Content Owner. For example, identifying that:
- a claimed video which is eligible for monetization is not being monetized
- a monetized video does not have all eligible ad formats enabled
- an asset enabled for Content ID is blocking user-uploaded videos
Prioritizing potentially undesirable states for review, for example by sorting the videos, assets, and claims by views or revenue in the last month.

If using a Service Account, you can revoke access to this data at any time by removing the Service Account from your YouTube Content Owner in YouTube Studio.

If permissions were granted during the log in process, you can revoke access at any time via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Retention of YouTube API Data

The Company will retain YouTube API Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

The Service will check if access to the YouTube API Data has been revoked at least every 30 days. If access to YouTube API Data been revoked, data will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than 7 days.

Disclosure of YouTube API Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, YouTube API Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before YouTube API Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose YouTube API Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
